Information we collect from you
Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person.
Since this chat bot (game) is built to generate a funny name for you based on some few simple questions. the interactions are not user-specific. Therefore, as we are not dealing with user specific data to provide our services, we do not collect any personal information of our users, except some basic questions (not specific/important data). Our primary goal in collecting this textual information is to improve our services.
But there is certain amount of information that is collected by the platforms and integrations our chat bot uses. This includes
- Some simple question about their favorites.
- Like Favorite- Color And Animal.
- Query (Natural language text to be processed )
- sessionID- a unique anonymous string of characters identifying the session, etc.
How we use the information
We only store the textual information to better our chat bots questions handling capacity and efficiency and also to ensure that the number of no match conversations is minimum. Other pieces of information mentioned above are necessary for the agents’s functioning over various platforms.
What information do we share?
We never share the data with anyone. Data is collected solely for enhancing the response quality and the bot is built for the purpose of making the users laugh of their funny nickname that our bot generates by asking simple questions.
How users can change/delete their data.
The only way this chat bot can identify a user is with the help of a ‘sessionID’ which is a unique, anonymous string of characters which identifies their session. The users can choose any one of the two options called ‘Reset App’ or ‘Stop this app from remembering me’. Doing this will change or reset the unique code the chat bot uses to remember them and hence the user will seem to be a new user during their next interaction with the app.
